Wedding Packages

~ Your Wedding Timeline ~

Creating a timeline for your wedding photography ensures that every special moment is captured without feeling rushed. Here's a suggested timeline that includes between 8 - 10 hours coverage.



1. Getting Ready (1.5 hours - 2 hours)

• Bride's preparation: Candid shots of the bride getting ready, including makeup, hair, dress, shoes, and accessories. Capture moments with bridesmaids and any emotional moments with family.
• Groom's preparation: Candid shots of the groom and groomsmen preparing, including suit details, cufflinks, ties, and getting ready with the best man.
• First Look (optional): If you're doing a first look, this is a great time for intimate photos of the bride and significant people in her life before the ceremony.

2. Details & Couple Portraits (30 minutes - 1 hour)

• Wedding Details: Close-up shots of rings, bouquets, invitations, decorations, and any special personal touches (like heirloom items or family keepsakes).
• Pre Cermony Couple Portraits: If you opted for a first look, take this time for some pre-ceremony couple portraits in a scenic location. If not, this time can be scheduled later.

3. Ceremony (30-45 minutes)

• Guests Arriving: Candid shots of guests arriving and mingling.
• Processional: Capture the groom’s reaction as the bride walks down the aisle, and the bridal party.
• Ceremony Moments: Important moments such as vows, ring exchange, and the first kiss. Ensure wide shots of the ceremony and close-ups for intimate moments.
• Exit: Capture the couple walking down the aisle as newlyweds, often accompanied by confetti, flower petals, or cheers from the guests.

4. Post-Ceremony Family Photos (30-45 minutes)

• Group Portraits: Capture formal family portraits with both sides of the family. This includes the couple with parents, siblings, and extended family members

• Bride and Groom Alone: Quick portraits of just the couple in a more relaxed setting or a specific location.

5. Cocktail Hour (1 hour)

• Reception Details: Photograph the reception venue, table settings, flowers, and decor before guests enter and start the celebration.
• Bridal Party Portriats: While the couple is away for additional portraits, capture candid moments of the guests enjoying cocktails and mingling.

6. Reception Entrance (15-20 minutes)

• Couple's Grand Entrance: Capture the couple’s entrance to the reception and their first dance.

7. Formatlities & Dancing (2 - 3 hours)

• Speeches & Toasts: Photograph the reactions of the couple and guests during speeches or toasts from the best man, maid of honor, or parents.
• Cake Cutting: The couple cutting the cake, feeding each other a slice, and any fun moments around it.
• First Dance: The couple's first dance, followed by parent dances (father-daughter, mother-son).
• Dancing & Reception Fun: Candid shots of guests enjoying the dance floor, partying, and any fun activities like a photo booth, or games.

8. Sunset or Nighttime Couple Portraits (15-30 minutes)

Golden Hour: If time permits, take a moment for beautiful sunset portraits of the couple in a scenic location or with creative lighting.

Nighttime Shots: If your reception continues into the night, consider capturing the venue lit up at night or the couple with sparklers, fireworks, or any unique lighting you have planned.

Ensuring your images are saved!

I back up every wedding I shoot 3 times on 3 different hard drives, which are all kept in 3 other locations. I know it seems like overkill, but these are precious moments you can never get back. You can never have too many backups! That being said - I have had the experience of corrupt images happen to me ONCE, and thankfully, I recovered them with the appropriate software. If this issue ever happens again, I will be transparent with you. However, I do understand the measures it takes to resolve the concern.
